Foamboard consists of a lightweight foam core sandwiched between smooth paper sheets; it is extremely light and economical but best suited for temporary indoor use. PVC Foam Board (Forex) is a solid, rigid plastic sheet that is waterproof, durable, and suitable for long-term indoor and semi-outdoor usage.
